Note, all our content is only digital (no physical items). 'MTG-Arena Codes' only sells digital codes. For that reason, once the code is used by a player, it cannot be re-used. Because of this, we have a no-returns policy unless we check that the code can be redeemed.

If you are still having issues, please contact us by email and include your order number, the code you are trying to redeem and a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. We will help you as soon as possible.
Although, we manage to minimize our mistakes with our double-check system, it is possible to make typing mistakes.
If you receive a message ‘Code already redeemed’ inside the game, it means you have already redeemed such a code on your MTG Arena account (all the codes have an account limit -please, check our FAQ-). In this case, if you do not want to give it to a friend, please contact us by email and send us the code to check it. If it is still redeemed, we will refund your money to your wallet balance (store credit for future orders).
